Role Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical expertise on z/OS internals and mainframe system operations, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Manage catalog management activities, administer USS/OMVS security, and perform software installations and upgrades.
- Execute software testing (functionality, robustness, performance) and develop automation using REXX and Python.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years professional experience with Mainframe technologies and deep z/OS internals knowledge.
- Strong catalog management, USS/OMVS security, and software testing skills.
- Proficiency in REXX and Python for automation, independent work ability, and strong analytical skills.
