Job Description
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Market Research Analysis with industry knowledge and experience that will enable us to implement the next generation of simulation-based career exploration with our customers within this industry. The SME will provide consultative guidance, lead assessments and discovery phases for projects, and analyze and recommend simulation application strategies from a domain perspective.
The SME will understand, qualify and propose where simulation-based career exploration opportunities exist from an industry perspective. The SME will work with the product design team to create authentic task simulations in service of career exploration. Ensure desired customer outcomes are clearly understood and achieved. Evaluate simulation deliverables and ensure that the features are in line with industry, standards/regulations and customer expectations.
