Job Summary:
- Delivers field service by servicing, promoting, and training on roofing systems.
- Ensures quality installations of CCM products within a designated region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspects completed roof installations and documents results in CCM reports.
- Conducts job site visits, identifies installation errors, and recommends corrective actions.
- Provides training to roofing applicators and mentors new Field Service Representatives.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's or associate degree plus 1-2 years of roofing or construction experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical documentation skills.
Working Conditions:
- Majority of time spent outdoors on roofs, with 10-15% administrative work from home.
- Travel averages 600-700 miles per week, with occasional air travel.
