Role Overview:
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for post-shipment claims and field installation issues involving pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Investigate root causes by cross-analyzing drawings, bills of material, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams and communicate outcomes to customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry.
- Strong ability to read architectural and structural drawings and manage complex cases in a remote environment.
Additional Information:
- Full-time position with base salary range of $67,000-$85,000.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO starting day 1.
