IT Program Manager

Program and Contract Leadership:

• Own end-to-end program performance including P&L, revenue forecasting, cost management, and invoicing.
• Serve as primary executive contact for VA leadership and manage subcontractor performance.
• Lead risk assessments, governance forums, and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Business Growth and Account Development:

• Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion and new task orders.
• Partner with business development on federal healthcare opportunities, contributing to proposals and solution development.
• Build a 12-24-month account growth strategy and pipeline, reviewing progress with leadership.

People Leadership and Talent Development:

• Recruit and onboard personnel for core and Agile delivery teams, ensuring contractual skill requirements.
• Promote employee engagement through one-on-ones, team discussions, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with training, background investigations, and access credentials.

Corporate Contribution and Innovation:

• Serve as a coach for Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps delivery approaches.
• Support adoption of AI-assisted development tools and share success stories.
• Contribute to thought leadership through industry events and enterprise process improvement initiatives.
