Engineering Director Energy

This position is based out of our Oak Ridge, TN, and remote is an option for this position. You will manage all engineering activities performed by AtkinsRealis US Nuclear on New Nuclear and engineering projects as assigned. You will manage assigned portions of engineering project budget and provide direction and oversight of delivery of engineering services and deliverables for engineering portfolio in accordance with quality, cost and schedule goals. Responsible for developing and implementing approved Engineering Plans for projects, or phases of the projects. You will ensure qualified and appropriate staff are working on the project and are assigned work within their experience and skills. Provide coaching to team members and performance feedback to the Project Manager during their assignment to the project. Responsible for technical deliverables budget, schedule and quality and ensure that the final deliverables meet customer requirements specified in the contract and overall alignment with nuclear code and standards.
