Client Onboarding Consultant I

Our Client Onboarding Consultant will report to Experian Health, and manage the setup of clients, users, products and payers, based off contract, Statement of Work and Sales to Implementation. You will be accountable for the entire client set up, collection of required documentation, clear and detailed documentation of status of process, and meet the expected timeline. You will not delay implementation and ongoing client success, raising any concerns with scope and deliverables to management. The responsibilities include reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all required documents, conducting Onboarding client meetings, collecting relevant client information to set up client accounts. You will participate in all required meetings to support the Onboarding of a client, maintain and share the status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks and updates all required applications and documents and escalate any issues or concerns to leadership.
