Growth Data Science & Data Governance Graduate Development Program

Job Summary:

• Seeking graduates from data science, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, statistics and machine learning fields to participate in our remote graduate program.
• During the program, you will have two, six-month rotations.
• Gain hands-on experience across real business projects and rotations.

Growth Data Science:

• Focuses on building growth data science expertise, driving experimentation, customer insights, and data-driven growth strategies through impactful analytics and AI solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.

Data Governance:

• Focuses on building expertise in modern data governance by improving data quality monitoring and metadata documentation.
• Support master data management (MDM) and data classification to enable responsible data access and privacy compliance.
