Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Contracts Manager for their European Team. The position can be fully remote from the UK, Spain, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania or Hungary.
The key function of the job is to review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements. You will work closely with Clinical Operations study team and play a key role to ensure deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines.
Essential functions include reviewing and negotiating agreements, resolving contractual issues, ensuring adherence to company policies, updating study team members, tracking site contract metrics, maintaining contract files, and assisting in implementing policies.
