You’ll guide individuals through the intake process, help organize their case, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place. Your work will directly support legal teams and clients by keeping cases moving forward smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing clarity to complex situations, this position will feel like home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout their case. Conduct client intake and set up case files in the system. Gather case details and prepare documents for signature. Send correspondence to attorneys and clients. Request and track medical records and bills. Monitor client medical treatments and follow up regularly. Prepare demand packages and send them to insurance companies.
