Vice President of Data and Analytics

Overview:

• RPM Living seeks a Vice President of Data and Analytics to lead strategic direction and operational maturity of the Data & Analytics organization.
• This role partners with the SVP to build internal capabilities and reduce reliance on third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the SVP's vision into staffing plans, delivery roadmaps, and quarterly priorities.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and governance specialists.
• Establish data governance, quality, and security standards across multiple source integrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with twelve years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Five-plus years in a people-leadership role and experience with modern cloud data platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate technical strategy to non-technical leadership.
