What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and grow the engineering team.
- Define clear outcomes for the team and lead them in achieving those goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, feedback, and continual learning.
Job Requirements:
- Proven expertise in technical leadership within a cross-functional and distributed team environment.
- Experience implementing agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and/or Lean.
- Demonstrated expertise in guiding senior engineers and identifying growth avenues for their continuing development.
Nice to Haves:
- Technical competency in C++, DAW plugins and digital signal processing (DSP).
- Experience delivering desktop experiences built using web-based front-end technologies.
- Experience working on AI/ML-powered products.
