Software Engineer

The Role:

• Be a Backend Engineer solving customer problems through technical knowledge and tools.
• Join the Performance Medicine team building the next level EMR for athlete health.
• Work on backend systems powering a unified view of athlete health and recovery.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design systems for the Performance Medicine product, from plan to shipped code.
• Build Ruby services for accurate and private athlete medical data.
• Handle reliability and scaling for a global platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and medical staff.

What You Will Bring:

• Four or more years of professional software writing, ideally on a SaaS product.
• Examples of impactful work that moved a product or team forward.
• Experience building alongside product managers and designers.
• Practical experience with distributed systems.
