System Analyst / Business Analyst

Project and Responsibilities:

• Work on a telecom OSS platform for managing network inventory, planning infrastructure, and supporting service delivery across fiber and radio networks.
• Integrate with multiple internal and external services like maps, geocoding, and sales systems in a web-based solution.
• Join a cross-functional team impacting real network operations and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a System or Business Analyst in IT projects with the ability to understand complex systems and break them down into clear requirements.
• Confidence in working with documentation, APIs, system integrations, and managing backlogs, writing user stories, and tasks.
• Strong communication skills to discuss ideas, problems, and solutions with both developers and business stakeholders.
