Director of Engineering

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and grow Digible’s technical organization. You will be responsible for all of Engineering — both today’s team and the future teams and leaders we’ll need as we scale. The ideal candidate understands the business impact of technical decisions and excels at bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. The role is primarily focused on organizational leadership, grounded in technical expertise. You will own and evolve the Engineering organization at Digible, including current teams (~8 engineers) and future growth (doubling in size). You will build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Agency, and other business leaders. You will also mentor, coach, and develop managers and engineers, creating an environment where people thrive and leaders are built.
