Job Description

Participate in an On-Call rotation, adhering to Transact’s incident management procedures. Create and tune alerting in Nagios, Uptime.com, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Splunk as needed to effectively monitor application health. Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure using web UI, CLI, and/or Terraform. Deploy and troubleshoot software updates using current and appropriate methodologies. Apply monthly security patches using Azure Update Manager. Provide clear and timely communication to internal stakeholders via Jira and keep Confluence documentation up to date with new or updated processes. Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot application performance and availability issues. Perform necessary application and system configuration tasks associated with client onboarding and offboarding.
