Webflow Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across multiple Webflow projects.
• Build project plans in ClickUp and Asana to track dependencies and status.
• Coordinate client feedback, content, and approvals to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years managing website or digital projects, including Webflow builds.
• Strong knowledge of Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, async environment.

• Projects remain organized, on schedule, and progressing toward launch.
• Client decisions and assets are collected before they create delays.
• Design, development, and QA handoffs are clear and efficient.
