- Support the PIC in all phases of flight from planning through completion, serving as active monitoring pilot with full CRM and TEM engagement.
- For ETOPS flights, jointly monitor systems and fuel per GOM procedures, and maintain personal flight time, duty time, and qualification compliance.
- Represent Bond's premium brand to every passenger and develop command readiness for future PIC qualification.

- Own every fractional closing end-to-end, coordinating aircraft positioning, funds flow, document execution, and post-closing filings.
- Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of fractional agreements and manage FAA filing and International Registry registrations.
- Build the contract lifecycle management stack from the ground up, partnering with Legal, Tax, Finance, and IT on system integrations.
