Role Overview:
- Lead planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials across US and international sites.
- Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements from study design to final reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage study start-up, regulatory submissions, and TMF readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver studies on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate study risks, escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field plus 5+ years of clinical trial management experience.
- Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory standards.
- Strong project leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary of $168,000-$188,000 USD.
- Remote work within the US, with travel to Boston as needed.
