Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, product strategy, consulting, or similar.
- Strong product sense, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High agency and enthusiasm for helping founders.
Pay and benefits:
- Annual US base salary range: $159,100 - $238,700.
- Additional benefits include equity, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
- Hybrid work: in-office or remote (35+ miles from a Stripe office).
