Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this high-impact leadership role, you will function as the "CEO" of your business domain — overseeing the entire product lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams, and shaping strategic initiatives that drive our digital healthcare solutions forward. You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable product strategies, making key decisions around product features and releases, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee product management processes and lead cross-functional product teams throughout the product lifecycle. Act as the “CEO” of your product domain, taking full ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution. Define product requirements and specifications focused on what the product needs to accomplish to meet user and business needs. Make informed decisions on product features, prioritization, and release schedules, based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value. Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders—through product development cycles. Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and user-centered product delivery. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and guide product evolution. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across departments through transparent, proactive communication. Communicate regularly with the Head of Product, development teams, and stakeholders regarding product progress, risks, and changes. Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and future product planning.
