Oversee fixed income trade settlement operations, including trade exception management, inquiries, allocations, fail resolution, and position transfers.
Manage the end-to-end corporate actions process by conducting research, evaluating event details, and coordinating with traders on elections and potential liabilities.
Maintain and summarize an internal workboard leveraged by trading, research, and engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

5-10 years of finance experience, ideally in an operations role at a hedge fund, broker-dealer, or fund administrator.
Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise-level accounting software.
Ability to work between 7am to 5pm PST and authorization to work in the United States.
