Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote position. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our company's database systems while working from home. Responsibilities include inputting data from various sources into company databases with speed and accuracy, verifying data accuracy, maintaining data quality standards, processing and organizing documents, updating existing records, creating new entries, and reviewing data for errors. You will also maintain confidentiality, generate reports, perform data backups, communicate data discrepancies, and follow data entry procedures.
The qualifications are proven experience in data entry, typing speed of 50 WPM, high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), experience with data entry software and database management, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work independently, reliable internet, experience with remote work tools, and strong communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role includes collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources; preparing reports and visualizations; supporting business decisions with data-driven insights; collaborating with teams; and maintaining dashboards.
