Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence

The Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence is part of the Product team and reports to our Head of Product. As Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling Artificial Intelligence-powered features, tools, and customer experiences. You will partner with engineering, data science, compliance, marketing, and design to deliver innovative and compliant AI-driven solutions across the platform. Core responsibilities include leading the ideation, strategy, and execution of AI-powered product initiatives, defining clear product requirements and collaborating with engineering and data science teams to implement ML/AI solutions, and developing business cases for new AI features and tools by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and performance metrics. It involves establishing success criteria, KPIs, and feedback loops to guide product development and ensuring AI product features align with compliance and data governance standards.
