As Senior PPC Media Buyer, you will play a critical role in driving NPHub’s growth by managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for executing high-performing PPC strategies across key platforms to drive leads for both clinical placements and NPHire. Your efforts will directly influence our ability to scale and fulfill our mission of supporting nurse practitioners.
Key responsibilities include developing, launching, and managing paid media campaigns on platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Optimize campaigns daily to meet performance goals such as ROAS and lead acquisition, adjusting bids, creatives, and strategies as needed. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure engaging, on-brand ad materials are utilized across campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve. Oversee and adjust budgets to ensure the most efficient use of resources across multiple platforms. Stay updated on emerging PPC trends and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns.
