RFID Solutions & Mesh Firmware Engineer (RFID + IoT + DoD Systems)

Firmware Engineering:

• Develop and test firmware for low-power embedded systems using wireless protocols like Bluetooth LE, sub-GHz, and GNSS.
• Support hardware bring-up, manufacturing test, and integration with cloud and DevSecOps teams.
• Maintain secure firmware architecture including OTA updates and cryptographic services.

RFID Solution Delivery:

• Travel to customer sites to assess facilities and develop deployment strategies for passive RFID systems.
• Conduct site surveys, RF coverage analysis, and performance optimization.
• Serve as technical interface between customers and engineering teams to drive product improvements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in embedded firmware development or RFID system deployment.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers and RTOS.
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
