Role Overview:
- Provide management consultation to HR representatives, management, and employees to improve wellbeing and effectiveness.
- Work the hours of 1:30pm-10pm ET from any time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver virtual critical incident response requests.
- Complete management referral intakes and follow-up to monitor employee compliance.
- Assess risk and manage crises with triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Hold independent licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with EAP, crisis management, and working with diverse populations.
