Capital Markets Manager

The Capital Markets Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of all investor requirements pertaining to Asset Backed Securities, Loan Sales/Forward Flow agreements, and other investors. This position works cross-functionally on key initiatives with teams such as Risk, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Product. Primary tasks include being the point of contact for loan owners, refining automated analysis, generating reports, building financial models, strategizing on servicing terms, maintaining databases, managing communication with capital partners, and analyzing the performance of transactions. The candidate will also assist with prospecting lending partnerships and reviewing deal agreements.
