Senior Software Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help build the next generation of our AI-powered marketing platform. In this role, you'll tackle complex technical challenges around AI-driven personalization, intelligent message optimization, and scalable system architecture while mentoring fellow engineers and driving technical excellence across our platform. You'll work closely with our engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver impactful features that leverage artificial intelligence to create more meaningful customer experiences. You will build intelligent systems that learn and adapt from customer behavior patterns in real-time, develop predictive algorithms that optimize message timing, content, and personalization at scale, create self-improving recommendation engines, and design ML pipelines. You will also contribute to technical roadmaps, lead design discussions, and make strategic technology decisions. In addition, you will build and optimize high-performance, distributed systems and mentor engineers.
