You will help reduce Firefox’s WebCompat bug backlog by finishing or verifying diagnoses of long-tail site-breakage bugs.
You will turn a large queue of reported breakages into diagnosed, actionable, or fixed bugs.

What You'll Do:

Finish diagnosing or verify the diagnosis of long-tail WebCompat bugs.
Write WebCompat interventions where appropriate and land simple fixes (often AI-assisted).
Reproduce and triage incoming site-breakage reports.

Qualifications:

Solid web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with comfort debugging real-world site breakage.
Fluency with browser devtools and cross-browser diagnosis.
Comfort using AI tooling to speed up diagnosis and fixes.

Preferred Experience:

Gecko knowledge is a strong plus.
Prior WebCompat or web-standards experience is preferred.
