Job Description
This role is remote, but if you're within 50 miles of Austin, Warren, or Sunnyvale, you're expected on-site three times a week. In this role, you will collaborate with studio designers both domestically and internationally to create a premier user experience. You will also facilitate onboarding global design partners, manage the work assignment process, and engage in design critiques to inform design decisions during both global and local reviews. The Design lead will also ensure that design output from global design partners aligns with brand strategy and adheres to design guidelines; and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure regional vehicle variants meet design quality standards.
