Duties:
- Provides Tier 2/3 network troubleshooting support during engineering deployments.
- Conducts network health assessments and performance analyses.
- Develops configuration documentation and operational runbooks for implemented network solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Supports cutover planning and execution for network upgrades and migrations.
- Participates in 14-day operational testing periods following transitions.
- Provides technical input to lifecycle replacement assessments for aging network equipment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of enterprise network support and engineering experience is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in routing and switching, network diagnostics and enterprise network management tools.
- Experience supporting federal network environments governed by DHS cybersecurity standards is preferred.
