Senior Field Marketing Manager

About the Role:

• Drive regional marketing strategy for EMEA North, partnering with sales leaders to align on goals and pipeline.
• Localize global campaigns, manage events, and design ABM programs to generate demand and accelerate deals.
• Track performance, manage budgets, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support awareness, demand generation, and deal acceleration.
• Plan and manage in-person and virtual events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Digital, and Events to ensure consistent execution.

What You Bring:

• Significant experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, with a focus on field marketing, regional programs, or demand generation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to partner with Sales leaders to convert priorities into actionable plans.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
