The Project Specialist will help identify, advance, and communicate objectives to the Customer Success Office team, and to deploy project management tools to track progress across internal and external workstreams and drive said workstreams to successful execution across all lines of business. This position requires experience in value-based care, specifically with project management experience and comfortable working in a cross-functional team. This role works with both internal partners, necessitating strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The Project Specialist will work within a team, engage stakeholders, and help with administrative coordination. They will maintain SOPs and team calendars, identify resource constraints, and manage projects to completion while balancing multiple priorities. Monitoring delivery progress is a key task, as is collaborating with stakeholders to manage project scope, resources, schedules, and communication. Project meetings, ensuring team members understand objectives, deliverables, and timelines are important to the success of the role.
