Director, Product Management

As the Director, Product Management (Fulfillment Tech), you will spearhead the development of product visions and strategies for our operational facing technology product suites. Your role is pivotal in enabling hundreds of fulfillment partners to service tens of thousands of merchants to harness ShipBob's network effects, enhancing their ability to serve shoppers more effectively. Heading a team of seasoned product managers, you will drive building technologies focused on Picking, Consolidation, Packing, Work Orders Execution and Returns to improve speed and efficiency while minimizing total costs for the partners and customers. Managing a team of seasoned product managers and guide them through ambiguities to continue growth and development as world leading product managers. Building product visions and strategies for global fulfillment technology stacks. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including Revenue, Pricing, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams to deliver enterprise level scalable solutions. Engaging with merchants and external customers directly to align on the product roadmap and influence companywide OKRs. Translating company OKRs into actions for product managers to achieve desired outcomes.
