Senior Financial Analyst

This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented analyst who thrives on turning data into insights and insights into impact. You’ll manage budgets, forecast performance, analyze revenue and cost drivers, and support decision-making across clinical operations, product, growth, and more. You will work directly with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy and spending and build out scalable financial processes across FP&A, forecasting, and business analytics. You will also own analysis of key metrics like cost per visit, reimbursement trends, and patient claims and support a new ERP + budgeting system rollout.
