- Focused on Salesforce testing with the opportunity to expand to other systems.
- You will spend a significant portion of your time executing manual tests, documenting meticulous test cases, updating automation suites.

What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing business processes, identifying the root causes of defects in integration flows, and collaborating with developers to resolve them.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, system admins) during your overlapping hours while being mentored by more senior team members.
- Testing with the customer user flow in mind and providing feedback to Business Analysts and Developers for improvements.
We’re looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies and the SDLC in an Agile environment, and can confidently execute and maintain test plans for cross-system workflows.
- Strategic test planning for maintaining an automation test suite vs. manual regression tests.
