What You'll Work On:
- Production Monitoring & Incident Response: Own Level 1 and 2 support, triage alerts, run runbook actions, and drive root-cause analysis to turn incidents into improvements
- Configuration Delivery & Production Change: Execute the pipeline for new clients, liquidity providers, and venues, managing FIX sessions, cross-rates, and post-release verification
- Client Onboarding & Connectivity: Handle technical execution of onboarding, including credentials, conformance testing, and validation of FIX message flows
What We Need:
- 2+ years in operations or production support within trading or FinTech, with working knowledge of the FIX protocol
- Linux fundamentals, scripting in Bash or Python, and comfort with configuration-as-code using Git and structured config
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and take ownership of production issues from investigation to resolution
