Role Overview:

Lead broker onboarding end-to-end—from initial certification through FIX go-live readiness.
Serve as primary project manager for simultaneous FIX connectivity workstreams.
Collaborate with FIX infrastructure partners and own FIX message configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

Support expansion into new asset classes and trading regions.
Act as escalation point for FIX production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
Document FIX workflows, integration specs, and operational playbooks.

What We Look For:

7+ years of experience with FIX protocol, broker onboarding, and trading system integrations.
Strong background in managing FIX certification and EMS/OMS integrations.
Experience with multiple asset classes and global markets.
