Job Description
We are seeking a senior developer to assist with our website publishing needs. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate closely with our Creative Director on design implementation and work with others who provide content and strategic input. This is a hands-on role focused on building, optimizing, and testing pages that drive performance. Responsibilities include building and maintaining web pages using React, DatoCMS, and Netlify, ensuring responsive design and fast page-load times. You will also work with Figma designs to build pixel-perfect layouts and set up and maintain analytics (GTM, dataLayer, Piwik, Clarity). You will track user interactions and form submissions (Hubspot) and plan and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and SEO teams is also required.
