Job Description
Plan, produce, and execute internal events including company-wide meetings, team offsites, board meetings, and ad-hoc events. Partner closely with Leadership to create and deliver a world-class experience. Own all aspects of events — from venue sourcing, vendor identification and negotiations, catering, AV, lodging, travel, budgets, communications, and everything in between. Measure event success through feedback and data to continuously improve future experiences. Cross functional team collaboration to meet goals of each event. Partner closely with the broader marketing team to build a quality brand experience. Manage internal communications in the lead up to and throughout the event for operational success and internal clarity.
