Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations and manage the programmatic buying division of multiple B2B clients. You will also help with the management and development of managers and coordinators in the department. You’ll install best-in-class operational practices tailored to B2B buying cycles, enterprise-level audience segmentation, and multi-stakeholder decision journeys. The Director is expected to be pivotal in the onboarding of new advertisers and recovering good standing with difficult accounts.
The role includes internal and external Programmatic education on Capabilities and New Ad Tech Tools. You’ll be responsible for owning the business relationship with your client(s), agency, and team, in addition to ensuring the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns. Serve as an escalation point for performance, strategy, or client relationship issues - balancing strategic counsel with practical, data-driven solutions.
