Job Description

Protect and grow client accounts; act as the key liaison between us and the client. Develop and manage a strategic account management plan that establishes multi-threaded relationships, identify and mitigate threats, develop opportunities and raise our strategic role within the client’s business model. Intimately understand the client objectives and brand, develop and maintain effective key client relationships, and articulate client leaders’ concerns. You will lead new Statement of Work kickoff and customer on-boarding processes with internal stakeholders. Facilitate and execute proper customer contracts and agreements and assure proper collections by review and reconciliation. Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic digital initiatives, benchmark state-of-the-art practices, and influence profit and service improvements. Direct the client and team towards the best solutions. Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process and participate in key planning milestones. Develop and prepare client scorecards and dashboards to show high-level results and trends and provide clients with relevant and actionable reporting, analytics, and consultation. Assist in pitch, closing, and negotiating contracts to add and/or expand business each quarter.
