Manager, Professional Learning

The Manager of Professional Learning at Everway supports the strategic vision set by the Director of Professional Services and oversees the day-to-day operations and delivery of our professional learning services. Managing a team of instructional designers, professional learning specialists, and educational consultants, this role is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving impactful professional learning experiences that drive customer success and product adoption. The Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure professional learning programs are well-designed, efficiently scheduled, and consistently delivered, aligning offerings to customer needs and timelines while supporting broader company objectives around retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
