Medical Information Specialist

Position Overview:

• Medical Communications is part of EVERSANA's integrated commercial services, providing call center staffing, adverse event intake, and medical writing.
• This home-office based role is ideal for candidates in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate medical documents and respond to drug information inquiries via phone or in writing.
• Identify and intake adverse events and product complaints, adhering to regulations.
• Critically evaluate medical literature for written dissemination to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Life Sciences or healthcare degree, with strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English (C1) and strong translation skills are mandatory.
• Preferred: Pharma D, M Pharma, or MSc in Life Sciences, with call center or pharmaceutical industry experience.

Work Environment:

• Home office or European Hub Office, with working hours between 8am-6pm CET, Monday to Friday.
• Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.
