About the Role:
- Build and optimize the experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across our marketing site and product onboarding flows.
- Work across the full stack, from frontend UI changes to backend data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product and Design to identify high-impact experiment hypotheses.
- Instrument tracking and build dashboards to measure experiment outcomes.
- Participate in team on-call rotation to improve our systems and keep them healthy.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong technical communication, ideally with experience collaborating in an asynchronous remote environment
- A data-driven mindset
