EXPERIMENTATION INFRASTRUCTURE:
- Build and maintain the operational framework that supports high-velocity growth experimentation.
- Ensure experiments are properly instrumented within analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude), with clear event tracking and success metrics.
- Maintain structured experimentation processes: hypothesis definition, experiment tracking, and results analysis.
GROWTH ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS:
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking core PLG metrics: acquisition, activation, feature adoption, retention, and conversion.
- Analyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and funnel inefficiencies.
- Partner with Product Growth and Marketing to translate insights into prioritised experiment roadmaps.
PLG FUNNEL OPERATIONS:
- Maintain operational visibility across the full PLG funnel: acquisition → activation → engagement → conversion.
- Monitor conversion performance across onboarding, paywalls, feature usage, and upgrade flows.
- Identify drop-off points in user journeys and support experiment design to address them.
