Mixpanel

As an engineering manager, you would help scale the team’s impact with hiring, culture and focus. You’ll be responsible for streamlining execution and prioritization based on a clear understanding of our technical systems and associated business goals.

Help users solve technical challenges and use Mixpanel to make impactful product decisions. You will support customers by providing answers to product questions, sharing best practices and debugging technical issues. You'll also develop your technical skills, collaborate with our Product team to improve our product, learn product analytics and mentor new team members.

Mixpanel is powered by a custom distributed database, ingesting over 1 Trillion user-generated events monthly. Become responsible for building distributed systems that can handle data at scale, debugging production issues, ensuring reliability and uptime, improving engineering standards, and pushing the boundaries on how customers analyze their product data. Projects include event deduplication and migrating ingestion API service from Python to Golang.

You will be collaborating with Account Executives as a trusted advisor to customers working to tie Mixpanel’s solutions to their business needs. You'll clearly articulate the technical benefits and requirements of Mixpanel to developers and product managers, and communicate the value of our product to high-level executives.

As the Product Manager for Pricing & GTM Systems in the Enterprise Segment, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of pricing models and packaging strategies tailored to enterprise customers. Responsibilities include: Pricing Strategy Development, Packaging Innovation, and Market & Competitive Analysis.
