Job Description
This role involves assisting clients with managing and implementing Sage Intacct, following a prescribed methodology. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting system requirements, configuring the system, and developing test scripts for the client's testing phase. End-user training and recommendations for new processes and procedures, development of reports and dashboards, and the setup of 3rd party integration tools will also be part of the job. Technical support, complex project management, and identifying improvements and opportunities are expected.
