Software Engineer (L2) - Traffic Intelligence

This position is needed to build a trusted platform that ensures all communication on Twilio is wanted, safe, and compliant. You’ll develop scalable, high-throughput systems to detect and stop user, messaging, and voice abuse in real time, and create tooling that powers rich insights for our Traffic Intelligence operations teams. Your work will enable Twilio to lead the industry in trusted communications and stay ahead of emerging fraud and compliance challenges. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a small, high-impact, and diverse team to solve complex distributed systems challenges. You'll also design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and services that meet Twilio’s performance and reliability standards, as well as own and operate your team’s services in a production environment using a DevOps model, with a focus on quality through unit, integration, and load testing.
